Second-time satisfied Pacific Communities homeowners share their experience

For Pacific Communities, building homes may be their business, but delivering exceptional customer satisfaction is truly their passion. Dante and LaToya Jamison’s recent purchase of their second Pacific Communities home further attests the builder’s enduring commitment to its new homebuyers – and existing homeowners.

“Our very first home purchase, back in 2002, was a Pacific Communities home,” Dante Jamison stated proudly. “And like most first-time buyers, my wife LaToya and I were anxious about making our first big purchase.” Luckily, Pacific Communities made the process a little easier for the young couple. “Our salesperson made us feel so comfortable and welcome,” LaToya said. “We had a lot of questions, especially about financing, but she was exceptionally patient and understanding with us. As first-time homebuyers, we were so relieved and thankful to have such a positive experience.”

The Jamison’s first home, a spacious floorplan from the builder’s earlier “Pacific Collections” neighborhood in Palmdale, has proven to become a very rewarding investment for the couple. “When we were shopping for our home, we distinctly remembered how Pacific Collections’ roominess and added features stood apart from the competitors,” Dante explained. “In fact, we had even been considering buying resale property, including older homes. But, we just kept going back to Pacific Collections.” Added LaToya, “These homes offered so much more, and we found the combination of value and quality irresistible.”

The Jamison family, now blessed with three children - Dante Jr., 7; Demani, 4; and Demarius, 3 - are enjoying life in their current Pacific Collections home. However, with the expansion of their family, the Jamison’s soon became eager for more room to spread out and grow. “When we were ready to start searching for our second home, we already knew what we wanted: the same high standards we had already come to know and appreciate with our first Pacific Communities home,” Dante explained. “As you can imagine, that made it really easy to decide who to turn to first for our next purchase.”

Coincidentally, the Jamison’s were the first to register on the interest list for Pacific Highland, the builder’s newest community in Palmdale. “When we first heard about Pacific Highland, we knew we had to act fast. It was going to be the neighborhood for us,” LaToya insisted. Indeed, the Jamison’s locked in early on the home of their dreams at Pacific Highland – a Plan 6, one of the largest plans available – complete with a super loft, media niche, exercise room and more. “We feel lucky to be among the first to get chosen for this community,” added Dante.

Although Dante works in Los Angeles, quite a distance from Palmdale, he doesn’t seem to mind his commute so much. “It’s nice to know you have a beautiful place to go home to,” he smiled. “That’s what matters to me. And we really appreciate our neighborhood and overall location. We’re close to new shopping and schools, which makes it convenient for our family. And we love going to Lake Elizabeth. There’s a lot to do out here, and it’s nice knowing everything’s nearby.”

Today, the Jamison’s are packing their boxes, excited about their upcoming move to their new home at Pacific Highland. “We’ll be in by this fall,” beamed LaToya. “Dante and I are so pleased to have found another new home by Pacific Communities. We know that we’ll be happy at Pacific Highland for many, many more years to come.”

Pacific Communities invites homebuyers to visit Pacific Highland and learn more about this highly sought-after Palmdale community. Following a complete sell-out of its initial phases, the builder strongly encourages interested buyers to act quickly on these large, value-added homes, priced from the low $400,000s.

“Our initial phases have been tremendously successful,” stated Jo Lawler, director of sales and marketing for Pacific Communities. “We continue to receive crowds of interested buyers every weekend.” The interest list is still skyrocketing, and buyers continue to show very high enthusiasm and anticipation for Pacific Highland. “Throughout my years of industry experience, I haven’t seen this much excitement over a new neighborhood in a long time,” added Lawler.

Presenting the most value per square foot, the neighborhood features seven expansive floorplans ranging in size from 2,351 to 4,615 square feet. Pacific Highland offers up to 9 bedrooms with hard-to-find options including super lofts, great rooms, mud rooms, libraries, media niches, exercise rooms and more. Finally, everyone in the family will truly have their very own space!

Pacific Communities, highly praised as “The Antelope Valley’s Premier Builder”, makes it very easy for homebuyers to make their decision at Pacific Highland. For families who demand spaciousness and superior craftsmanship, Pacific Highland fits the bill perfectly, thanks to the builder’s exclusive “smart-by-design” philosophy. With a focus on carefully arranging rooms to eliminate wasted space, homeowners will enjoy more usable space compared to homes with the same square footage by other builders.
