Perris, California – A Great Place To Live, Work and Play
The new Pacific Heritage real estate community is located in Perris, California. City Parks and Rec Facilities
Perris residents enjoy a number of parks and recreation areas right within the community. Facilities at the various locations include playgrounds; soccer and baseball fields; covered and uncovered picnic areas, many with barbecues; courts for basketball, tennis, handball and volleyball; a gymnasium; and a community center. Several new parks are in development, including Patriot Field Park, now under construction with two football fields, soccer fields and more. This new park will serve the Perris Valley Youth Association and other sports leagues. Additional new facilities are under construction at Morgan Street Park, planned with lighted soccer fields, basketball courts, a tot lot, concession building and covered picnic area.

Shopping and Entertainment
Residents of this Perris real estate community will enjoy proximity to Perris Towne Center, Perris Valley Spectrum and Perris Plaza, which has a 10-screen movie theater complex. Two much-anticipated new centers are currently under construction: The Perris Marketplace and Perris Crossing. The Perris Marketplace, which will be located near the intersection of Perris Blvd. and Nuevo Street, is planned with approximately 450,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Perris Crossing will offer approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial space, including Home Depot, Starbucks, Bank of America, Carl’s Jr., Del Taco, Subway, WinCo Foods, Circle K and more. Additionally, the Perris Promenade will be a downtown transit and pedestrian corridor featuring convenient shopping and dining. Perris’ freeway-close location also puts residents within easy reach of popular Southern California destinations including Disneyland, Wild Rivers, Sea World and dozens more.

All About Education
Children living at the Pacific Heritage real estate community in Perris will attend Nan Sanders Elementary School in the Perris Elementary School District and Pinacate Middle School in the Perris Union High School District. For high school, they will have the choice of attending the Perris district’s Perris High School or Paloma Valley High School on a space-available basis. College options in the vicinity range from the highly regarded junior college Mt. San Jacinto College, which has a campus in nearby Menifee, to prestigious four-year facilities, including the University of California – Riverside; California State University, San Bernardino; and California State University, San Marcos.
