The Quigley House was originally built for Charlie and Fredricka Mills in 1896. This quaint two-story farmhouse is typical of those dotting this inland farming region during the late 1800s. Characteristic features are clapboard siding and gabled roof, bay window, and front porch with spindle columns. In about 1920, the home was purchased by John and Rachel Quigley and, in 1943 the property was sold to William and Marie Pratt whose family resided there until its purchase by Pacific Communities, along with 33 acres.
